Many guys wonder, can fasting regrow hair? Well, many different people have had success in regrowing hair from different kinds of fasting. Whether it is intermittent, a short term fast, long term fast, juice fast, or water fast; they have all shown to be successful.
For long term fasts, both inflammation and the food triggers are removed by restoring gut health. Also, by cleansing the lining of your digestive system you are able to absorb nutrients better. This eventually stimulates new hair growth.
For shorter fasts such as intermittent fasting, they tend to have an overall impact on your health by stimulating weight loss.
